The Siemensbahn is a 4km long section of S Bahn between the stations Jungernheide and Gartenfeld in the North-West of Berlin. It was opened in 1929. The last trains ran in 1980. 800m of the line run on a steel viaduct. The entire ensemble is listed. The reactivation of the line is planned for 2029. The existing buildings are still sound, however the two crossings of the River Spree need to be rebuilt and the connection to the ring line at Jungfernheide redesigned.
